Seared Tuna Salad- peppered tuna on a salad of granny smith and green papaya, dressed with sesame and wasabi dressing
Lamb stack- Thinly sliced lamb prosciutto stacked with pesto brushed grilled vegetables
Salad of rocket, smoked salmon and avocado, drizzled with wasabi aioli
Bruschetta- selection of mini sweet basil and tomato compote on freshly toasted Turkish bread
Chicken and vegetables wrapped in filo pastry served with mushroom cream sauce
Vegetable ragout parcel with Pimento sauce
MAIN
Chicken Supreme- Chicken breast filled with sun-dried tomato and cheese, served on potato galette and cream of char grilled vegetable sauce
Beef Cutlet- char grilled the topped with barbequed prawns and sauce bernaise, served with potato gratin
Rack of Lamb- served on crushed kippfler potato and grilled artichoke salad, lamb and shallot dressing
Naked Spinach Ravioli- Pan fried potato and spinach ravioli served with sauteed asparagus and shi-take mushrooms dressed with Roma tomato fondue
Blue Eye Fillet- Seared blue eye fillet on a crustacean risotto with steamed baby bok choy, lemon hollondaise
